By using TeaChat (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use TeaChat. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree not to use TeaChat to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you post (messages, attachments, board content). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with notice for material changes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete my account in the app). We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeaChat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months (or USD $50 if greater).
We may update these Terms. We'll notify users in-app of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
